The project faced several key challenges during development. One of the primary issues was ensuring a seamless offline experience across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows. Managing data synchronization and providing an intuitive interface for users without requiring an Internet connection was complex.

Another challenge was optimizing JavaScript animations for offline viewing. The animations needed to be downloaded efficiently and rendered smoothly across different device specifications. Ensuring these animations retained quality while minimizing storage usage required extensive testing and optimization.

Additionally, integrating Firebase and Flamelink as the backend services presented difficulties in content management. Since the application relied on these services for data storage and updates, it was essential to establish a structured workflow that allowed updates to be seamlessly pushed to users while maintaining offline accessibility.

To address these challenges, the development team implemented an efficient caching mechanism allowing users to download and access product animations offline. The app leveraged Firebase’s real-time database capabilities to sync content updates when an Internet connection was available, ensuring that users always had access to the latest information.

The team used lightweight JavaScript libraries and compression techniques for animation optimization to minimize the file size while maintaining visual fidelity. Our team applied preloading and caching strategies to improve performance and reduce loading times across all platforms.

Finally, Flamelink was integrated as a headless CMS, enabling seamless content management, which allowed administrators to update product details and animations without requiring a full app update.
